Kibak Tile does NOT accept returns on our products. We recommend that you view multiple samples before placing an order. Please note that there can be some shade variation between samples and a full tile order, but they give you a sense of the collection's look and feel. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
